Accreditation Fiets en Wandelbeurs

Accreditation for the press is possible by sending an email to press@hicle-events.com, with the subject line ‘accreditation Utrecht’. If the accreditation is granted, you will receive a press ticket by email. This gives access to one day of the fair of your choice.

The press tickets are only intended for journalists, bloggers, vloggers, columnists, etc. who regularly publish in the media. They are not intended for other trade visitors.

Press room

There is a small press room in Hall 9 (near the wall with the central hall) with coffee and tea. The general press room of the Jaarbeurs, in the central hall, is not available for the press who visit the Fiets en Wandelbeurs.

Parking

We ask all visitors, as well as the press, to come by public transport. Jaarbeurs is a 10-minute walk from Utrecht CS. It is of course also possible to drive to a train station and travel from there to Utrecht CS. There are no exit parking tickets available for the press.

Halls

In 2025, the fair will move to the other side of the central hall of Jaarbeurs Utrecht and will take place in Halls 7, 8 and 9.
