We will be back in 2021!

These are strange and unpredictable times. Colleagues cancel fairs and other events, or postpone them to a later date. We understand their considerations and decisions. With so many uncertainties, it is not easy to make the right call.

We are taking a different route. We believe that we are able to set up successful fairs in 2021 and are sticking to the dates in February, as we already widely published. There are a few good reasons why our events are able to take place during that period.

What many people don't know is that our fairs are classified as “locations with a continuous flow” and are aligned with markets and shopping centers. These activities also continued in recent months, despite stricter measures.

Moreover, developments in prevention, testing and better ventilation are moving fast. We expect the improved measures to help reduce the virus. That is precisely why our fairs, and especially given the enormous interest in cycling and walking, might be just at the right time.

More than ever, consumers are seeing the benefits of these enjoyable, safe and sustainable activities. After the winter months, people want to do something again outside their homes. They are eager to visit a fair.

Of course we ensure a safe environment for exhibitors and visitors. In both Utrecht and Ghent we follow the guidelines of the authorities and the protocols of Jaarbeurs and Flanders Expo.

Organizing a fair requires thorough preparation. We try to be as flexible as possible, but we really hope to have a clear idea of participation at least two months in advance. Therefore, register for a stand so things can be put in motion for you to make it a fantastic fair. Season 2021 is going to be a hit.

And in the unlikely event that the fairs are canceled due to corona, you will receive the participation amount back according to our new clause. We will return 80% of the amount immediately, and 20% will be returned in the form of a voucher so that you can redeem it at the next edition of the event.
