Registration fee for:
Exhibitors of the Fiets en Wandelbeurs/E-bike Challenge 2025: €195.00 excl. VAT 
Non-exhibitors €325.00 excl. VAT 

From 1 February 2025 there will be a late order charge of €98.00 excl. VAT for all tickets. 
So order your entrance tickets in time!

Included in the price of the IBTC are:

• Full day programme from 09.00 hours till 17.00 hours with (inter)national speakers and professionals in hiking and biking 

• In the morning a keynote and panel session 

• In the afternoon six break-out sessions and a reception at the end

• Network possibilities during the whole day

• Full day catering including:
  * welcome coffee
  * coffee breaks during the day 
  * lunch (vegan and vegetarian options possible)
  * drinks and bites during the reception

• Presentations (to be downloaded after the conference, for visitors only)
