Largest e-bike test events

E-bike Challenge and E-bike Xperience are the e-bike test events of Belgium and The Netherlands, with approximately 35,000 visitors. In Flanders Expo we set up an indoor test course of 1.1 km, and in Jaarbeurs of 1.9 km. The consumer is able to test ride and compare e-bikes and speed pedelecs of many brands at our event unhindered by rain or cold. The ideal situation!

Combination with the Fiets en Wandelbeurs

In 2023 we will again work together with the Fiets en Wandelbeurs in Ghent and Utrecht. The e-bike events and the Fiets en Wandelbeurs fit together perfectly and complement each other. The result is a lively exchange of visitors. This ensures new target groups and potential buyers in your stand. 

The target group

The visitors of the e-bike events are usually in the last phase of the purchase process. They have already decided to buy an electric bike, now they have to choose which e-bike fits them best. They are willing to pay a great amount for this, above the average purchase prices. In Ghent and Utrecht the average budget is about 3,000 euro. Traditionally the 50+ plus group is our most important target group. We also focus on the increasing group of commuters of 30-50 years old.

Stand at the test track

If you bring your demo bikes, you will have your stand or pop-up tent directly at the test track. Visitors can get information at the stand about your electric bikes and take one of them for a test ride after.
