The road to E-bike Xperience 2021

There will be a new edition of the E-bike Xperience in 2021, in combination with the "Fiets en Wandelbeurs" (Hike & Bike Xperience). On Friday 19 and Saturday 20 February,  Jaarbeurs will once again be the setting for the only large-scale e-bike test event in the Netherlands.

What is new is that Hicle Events is taking over the organization of the event from Jaarbeurs. Little will change for exhibitors and visitors. The concept of the Xperience will remain the same, as will the stand building options, test courses and price level. You will, however, get a new contact person and register via a module on another website (Hicle-events.com).
 

Hicle Events

We have been organizing successful cycling and hiking events for almost 17 years; from the "Fiets en Wandelbeurs" (Hike & Bike Xperience) in the Netherlands and Belgium to the E-bike Challenge in Belgium and the United States. By integrating the organization both of the Fiets en Wandelbeurs and E-bike Xperience, we make even better use of the mutual reinforcement of these events. And exhibitors can respond better to the possibilities that the combination offers.
 

Promising market

The e-bike and speed pedelec are in the spotlight more than ever. Apart from their popular recreational use, they are sustainable and safe alternatives to public transport, commuting and small cargo transport. Sales went through the roof last year and the market offers plenty of opportunities. E-bike Xperience offers the opportunity to collect leads and capitalize on them in the run-up to spring.
 

Flexible cancellation policy

Special times require special measures. To limit the risk for you due to possible corona measures, we have adjusted the cancellation conditions. If the fair is canceled due to corona, you will be refunded 80% of the participation amount, and you will receive 20% of this amount in the form of a voucher. You can  exchange the voucher when you participate in the E-bike Xperience in 2022. This arrangement also applies to exhibitors who are unable to attend the fair due to travel restrictions.
 

Register
