Dedicated target group

Many exhibitors describe the target group who visit the Fair as ‘the most congenial and best visitors’ they encounter at events. Many visitors have already planned their visit and already carefully selected the stands they are going to visit. They are on the lookout for destinations, outdoor material, bicycle accessories and parts and want to test bicycles and e-bikes by trying them out for themselves. They are also prepared to pay a considerable amount for these items. Their questions are detailed, and they expect a professional reply; so our exhibitors can count on a great deal of interest for their product or service.

Book a lecture room

The programme of contents is an important part of the Fair. Experienced travellers recount their adventures in various lecture rooms. Exhibitors can also hire a room by the hour for a talk by them, or a presenter. This will get your product extra attention and help draw more visitors to your stand. Interested? IBTC: bike & hike conference

On Wednesday 21 February 2024, in the run up to the Fiets en Wandelbeurs in the Jaarbeurs, Utrecht (23-24-25 February), there will be a live edition of the International Bike & hike Tourism Conference (IBTC) on the programme. The location is also in the Jaarbeurs complex in Utrecht. Currently, we are busy sorting out the content of the keynotes. The IBTC is an ideal opportunity to garner knowledge, exchange experiences and to network. We will be pleased to keep you updated about the ins and outs of this conference.

Combi discount

If you register for both the Fiets en Wandelbeurs in Utrecht and the one in Ghent, you will benefit from a combi discount of 10% on the area of bare floor space, for the registration with the lowest amount of money for the floor space. This discount does not apply to collective pavilions.
