Fiets en Wandelbeurs Online Experience (23-24 April): Direct contact with the right target group!
The Internet and all things virtual have become more important than ever before. The Internet has become essential for our actual ‘Fiets en Wandelbeurs’. Holding a live, physical event without an accompanying website, links to all the exhibitors, the online communication and the messaging via social media is now inconceivable.
“We have been mulling over the idea of a complete online experience of the Fiets en Wandelbeurs”, says Dunja van der Does from sales & marketing Hicle Events. “Not so much as a replacement of the actual, live Fair, but more as a complement to and strengthening of the event-concept. Due to the Coronavirus, everything has gone up several gears. In co-operation with LiveCommunity Events, we have developed an Online Experience of the Fiets en Wandelbeurs. Because Coronavirus or not, online events are here to stay.”
According to her, the most important component of the Fiets en Wandelbeurs is the contact between exhibitor and visitor. “So it comes as no surprise that the online Fair hall is central to the online event. Visitors come in, via a website, to the online platform, where they are shown a floor plan of the hall, featuring all participating exhibitors.”
Each stand can be fitted out with its own logo, colour, photos, videos and brochures. There is direct 1-on-1-contact with the visitor via video calls or via chats. Dunja: “In this way we ensure that visitors can still seek out their cycling or walking holiday, and exhibitors can come into direct contact with the right target group.”
Participating in Online Experience is very low-threshold. Simply choose one of the three packages available, order any complementary promotion you may need and ensure that you are online on 23rd. and 24th. April.
